Road Stories #2 – The less I say…
So a while back I wrote about the difficulties of a traveling band on tour in Canada.
The day after day travel mixed with the terrible food (Taco Time anyone?) and lack of sleep makes it very easy to get sick especially when you are putting demands on your voice every single night.
One such instance literally landed me in the hospital!
Fear Zero Wins “Judges Favorite” in Punisher War Zone Movie Soundtrack Contest
Wanted to thank all the Fear Zero fans out there who helped get “Falling Down” into the final rounds of the Punisher: War Zone movie soundtrack contest!
While we didn’t make it to the soundtrack (which is a little heavier flavor then Fear Zero and probably why the song didn’t make the cut!), the song was chosen “Judges Favorite” by the panel, which included Jim Catchcart of Lionsgate’s music division and Shaun Morgan of Seether!
It’s an honor to be heard and chosen a favorite out of the THOUSANDS of bands that submitted their tunes to be on the soundtrack.

Road Stories #1 Life on the road in an indie rock band
So this week I am here to give you an idea of life on the road during Fear Zero’s tour in ‘07.
There is an old mantra practiced by many musicians that goes something like this, “What goes on the road, stays on the road.” No need to cover your kid’s eyes, this one is clean.
